Magnet Networks is owned by Speed Fibre Group, an Irish investment vehicle focused on telecoms infrastructure as well as communications service provision. Speed Fibre Group itself is ultimately owned by the Irish Infrastructure Fund (IIF) which manages capital for more than 20 institutional investors, the majority of which are Irish pension funds, trusts, and investment managers.

Magnet Networks owns and runs its own network thus it is able to give its customers their own dedicated line that they don’t share with anyone else and lets them experience the backing of our top quality, dedicated customer care team. Our next generation service is delivered through our extensive fibre optic and copper access network

Magnet Networks investment in fibre activity to and in Ireland directly influences the decisions of big data corporations to choose Magnet Networks as their telecoms, connectivity and security partner.

Aertv: Pioneer of Online TV in Ireland
Before Netflix and TV streaming was the norm that it is today Aertv emerged offering Irish users, for the first time, the ability to stream live TV over the internet. As a champion for convenient TV streaming Aertv features more than 20 TV channels which can be watched on laptops, tablets and mobiles through the app.
Leadership Team
Appointed as Managing Director in December 2020 John brings over 20 years international experience to Magnet Networks, of which 10 years is at CEO level with Digicel in the Pacific and Caribbean. John embraces an ethos of customer at the core which is a principle supported by the entire Magnet Networks team.
Louise is part of the leadership team at Magnet Networks since 2006. Working with all areas of the business ensuring our marketing strategy is implemented and executed expertly supporting our business growth both nationally and internationally.
For the past twelve years Conor has been a an integral part of the leadership management team within Magnet Networks. As CFO, Conor along with his teams ensure the smooth running of our Finance, Legal & Procurement departments within Magnet Networks.
Since 2006 Ailish has been instrumental in the success and growth of Magnet Networks, nationality and internationally. Responsible for the complete sales function Ailish ensures the sales teams under her expert guidance deliver solutions that work for all of our clients.
David has been a fundamental part of Magnet Networks since 2009 and is responsible for all aspects of customer experience within Magnet Networks. Managing teams across the business David cultivates success by empowering his team members to embrace the Magnet Networks ethos of ‘customer at the core’.
With over 20 years of experience in the telecoms sector Phil uses all of this experience to mentor and guide the Magnet Networks sales team to ensure that both our existing and new customers receive the best possible advice and guidance when reviewing their connectivity and telecoms needs.
As part of the leadership team at Magnet Networks Rachel has over 20 years of experience in Product Management and Operations. Rachel ensures that there is a strong focus on delivering Customer Excellence to all of our customers through our product strategy.
Shay and his award winning teams, work with you to ensure you have the best, service delivery, customer service and billing experience. Shay has led the team to many industry awards including the IICM Trade Credit Team of the Year and Best New-Comer to Credit Management.
Bernard is part or the leadership team in Magnet Networks since 2017. With 20 years’ experience in Networking related roles, Bernard ensures that the network is at the forefront of technology and capable of delivering the best customer experience on a secure enterprise leading Core network.
